Notice for Teachers(Office Time related)

It is to notify all Teachers of this Institute that there are some new decisions from SSTS Education dept. All of us will follow the instructions below:

A)Now, Our Office time is from 9:00am to 12:30pm for maintaining official functions, mainly communicate with students and other related works. Every day at 9:00am,it will take attendance by messenger group named SSR Institute. If any teacher does not response at time, he will be absent for that day and salary will be deduced.

B) B) It has formed seven new groups as table below:

Admins will add all students of his sem./Tech. within 12:30pm tomorrow.

C) C) According to the following **routine, every teacher will take attendance first, discuss with stds. about his last video lecture, ask questions& solve problems. Give them home work & take report by using this new messenger group. Also take video class(some times) using zoom, imo, or any other digital media,

D) Teachers will keep date wise record about the stds. participations, performance, & home works feedback. This will count as his continuous assessment.

E) Teachers will send the weekly report by prescribed form to vice principal for sending to education dept. of SSTS.
